Ordering multiple items?
We automatically combine your order into a single parcel whenever possible.
Combined Shipping Price (UK):
- Economy – £2.95 total
- Express – £4.95 total
No extra fees per item – you only pay once per order (unless the parcel is unusually heavy or bulky, in which case we will contact you before shipping).
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are usually dispatched the same or next working day.
- Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Tracking & Delivery
- Express Shipping includes full tracking where available.
- Economy Shipping may include delivery confirmation depending on the courier and service used.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by busy periods, weather or courier delays.

This helps us offer affordable shipping while being kinder to the environment.
Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels ❗
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can resend it, but an additional shipping charge may apply.
- If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipping, we will refund the item price minus the original shipping cost.
