Choose Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Evri Standard tracked delivery, or InPost Tracked Delivery at checkout. Orders over £30 qualify for FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri Standard, or InPost Tracked Delivery, and multiple items are combined into one parcel whenever possible.

Packed and dispatched
Orders placed before 1pm UK time are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Weekend and bank-holiday orders leave on the next working day.

Shipping confirmation
We email you when the order has shipped. Express includes full tracking where available; Economy may include delivery confirmation.
COMBINED SHIPPING
One delivery charge per order.
When you buy several items, we combine them into one parcel whenever possible. Mainland UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.95, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is £4.95, Evri Standard tracked delivery is £4.99, and InPost Tracked Delivery is £4.99. Northern Ireland: Evri Standard is £7.99; InPost is not available. Royal Mail Tracked 48, Evri Standard, and InPost Tracked Delivery are FREE on qualifying orders over £30 where available.
If a parcel is unusually heavy or bulky, we will contact you before shipping.
TRACKING & COURIERS
Reliable UK delivery partners.
Orders are sent with Royal Mail, Evri or InPost, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout. InPost is available for mainland UK addresses only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, weather or courier delays.
Packaging
We use recycled and re-used packaging whenever possible. This helps reduce waste and keeps delivery costs sensible without compromising how securely your order is packed.

Incorrect addresses and returned parcels
Please enter your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or the parcel was not collected, we can resend it, but an additional shipping charge may apply.
If you prefer a refund instead of re-shipping, the item price will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
