Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or place an order through Pip Pop Shop at pippopshop.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Pip Pop Shop is an online second-hand clothing shop based at 9 Thornham Avenue, St Helens, United Kingdom, WA9 5AL. You can contact us through our Contact Us page or by emailing contact@pippopshop.co.uk.

2. Products and availability

Most items are second-hand and are sold as individual, one-off pieces. We aim to describe the brand, size, colour, material, condition and any visible faults accurately. Product photographs form part of the description, although colours may vary slightly between screens.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item has already sold or cannot be supplied, we will cancel the affected item and refund any payment made for it.

3. Prices, promotions and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total price, delivery charge and any applicable discount are shown before you place your order. Promotional offers apply only under the conditions displayed with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments and PayPal. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.

4. Placing an order

You can review and correct your basket, delivery details and payment information before placing an order. Selecting the final payment button confirms that the order involves an obligation to pay.

An automated order email confirms that we have received your order. A binding sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, unless we have already specifically accepted the order in another written message. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, the item is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses using the delivery services and prices shown at checkout. Current dispatch targets, estimated delivery times and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a fixed date. Risk in the goods passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you have authorised to receive it.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For online purchases, you have statutory cancellation rights. In addition, Pip Pop Shop offers a 30-day return policy for most items. The process, time limits, return-postage rules, exclusions and refund arrangements are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

7. Model cancellation notice

To cancel an eligible online order, you may contact us using the following wording: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods: [item and order number]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Customer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].” You may send this through our Contact Us page or by email.

8. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate order and contact information, use the site lawfully and not attempt to interfere with its security or operation. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential if you create an account.

9. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

10. Intellectual property

The site design, written content, photographs and branding belong to Pip Pop Shop or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where the law allows.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Essential cookies may be used to operate the basket, checkout, security and account functions. Optional analytics cookies are controlled through the cookie choices shown on the site.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future orders when our services, policies or legal obligations change. The terms that apply to an order are those available when the order is placed.

13. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws applying in England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you also retain any mandatory rights to bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it.
