Refund and Returns Policy

At Pip Pop Shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

To begin a return, please email us at:

contact@pippopshop.co.uk
with your order number and a short description of the issue.

We will reply with simple return instructions and the correct return address.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be returned within 14 days,
  • it must be in the same condition as received: clean, unwashed, undamaged,
  • all original labels (if any) must still be attached.

You are responsible for the return postage cost unless:

  • the item arrived damaged,
  • or it was significantly different from the description.

We recommend using a service with proof of postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable, unless we made an error.

Damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was described:

  1. Email us at contact@pippopshop.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include photos of the item and the packaging.
  3. We will offer either a full refund or a replacement if available.
    In these cases, return postage is covered by us.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • underwear or swimwear
  • items marked as final sale.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.
After dispatch, the normal return process applies.
